Passenger finds cockroach in Air India meal; airline apologises

A passenger of Air India's Bhopal-Mumbai flight on Saturday complained that he found a cockroach in idli-vada-sambar he was served during the flight. Following the complaint, the airline on Monday apologised to the passenger and said it has initiated "corrective action internally". "Our senior officials are in touch with the aggrieved passenger," Air India tweeted.
