Passenger trains to run beneath Ahmedabad’s bullet train station

For the first time in India, traditional trains will run directly beneath the new bullet train station in Ahmedabad. The new initiative aims to transform public transport infrastructure in Gujarat’s largest city. As part of the project, three newly constructed broad-gauge tracks at Ahmedabad railway station have completed statutory safety inspections by the Commissioner of Railway Safety.
