Passengers evacuate through slides as smoke fills plane in US

Passengers of Delta Flight 876, bound for South Carolina, were evacuated through slides after haze and smoke filled the aircraft, a Delta spokesperson said. The Boeing 717, carrying 94 passengers, two pilots, and three flight attendants, returned safely to Atlanta International Airport on Monday. Another plane of Delta Airlines had crashed while landing in Canada earlier this month.
