Passersby rob man who collapsed, let him die in Delhi

A man who collapsed unconscious in Delhi's Ranhola area was left to die after passersby chose theft over help. CCTV footage shows two men stealing his phone and checking his pockets instead of assisting him. The victim remained unattended for nearly four hours and was declared dead. Police have registered a theft case and are probing the footage.
