Australian fast bowler Pat Cummins has become the most expensive overseas buy in the history of IPL. The 26-year-old fast bowler, who had a base price of ₹2 crore, was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders for ₹15.5 crore at the IPL 2020 auction today. England all-rounder Ben Stokes was the previous most expensive overseas buy in IPL (RPS, ₹14.5 crore).
