Patanjali to sell 20-25% Ruchi Soya shares over next 2 years

Yoga guru Ramdev's Patanjali Ayurved is planning to sell 20-25% of Ruchi Soya shares over the next two to two-and-a-half years. Patanjali bought the insolvent company for ₹4,350 crore in December 2019. Ramdev said that he expects Ruchi Soya to contribute around ₹13,000 crore to its expected combined turnover of ₹25,000 crore in the financial year ended March 2020.
