Patel Engineering jumps 4.85% as L1 for ₹910.08 Cr dam project

Patel Engineering Ltd shares surged 4.85% to ₹28.55 after becoming L1 bidder for the ₹910.08 crore Renukaji Dam Project. Located in Himachal Pradesh, the contract involves constructing three 9.5-meter diameter diversion tunnels and 6 kilometres of access roads. PEL must complete this hydropower infrastructure initiative within 30 months to enhance regional water storage.
