Patna schools to close at 11:45 am from April 15 due to heatwave

In view of rising temperatures, the Patna district administration has changed the timings for all schools, including pre-schools and Anganwadi centres. District Magistrate Dr Chandra Shekhar Singh issued a notification on Friday stating that no school should hold classes after 11:45 am and asked the schools to reschedule the timings accordingly. The order will come into effect from April 15.
