Filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson won the Best Director Oscar for 'One Battle After Another' at the 98th Academy Awards. Anderson, who earned his first Oscar after getting nominated for 14 times during his 30-year-long career, also won Oscar for Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay. During his speech, he said, "You make a guy work hard for one of these."
