NCP President Sharad Pawar on Wednesday dismissed Congress leader Sushil Kumar Shinde's comment suggesting an NCP-Congress merger. "Shinde can present Congress' view but not of the NCP... nobody knows the status of my party better than me," Pawar added. "Ultimately, Congress and NCP... will come closer in near future and Congress will be unified," Shinde had said.
