PayPal cuts outgoing CEO Dan Schulman's pay by 32% to $22 million

PayPal has reduced the compensation of outgoing CEO Dan Schulman by nearly 32% for 2022. According to a filing, Schulman was paid $22 million in 2022, including $20.2 million in stock awards, as against $32 million from a year ago. The decision came after the company failed to meet targets for key metrics, including revenue and net new active users.
