PayPal withdraws support for Facebook's cryptocurrency Libra

Global digital payments giant PayPal, co-founded by billionaires Peter Thiel and Elon Musk, has withdrawn support for Facebook's cryptocurrency Libra. This comes days after The Wall Street Journal reported Visa, Mastercard and other key financial partners are reconsidering their support for Libra. PayPal said that it made the decision to continue to focus on advancing its business priorities.
