Paytm appoints EY as auditor of Paytm Payments Services

Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma said EY has replaced PwC as auditor of Paytm Payments Services Limited (PPSL). In an exchange filing, the company said SR Batliboi & Associates, a member firm of EY, has been appointed as the auditor of PPSL with effect from today. The filing also announced the resignation of PwC.
