Paytm buys Delhi-based hotel booking app NightStay Travels

Digital payments and e-commerce startup Paytm has bought Delhi-based last minute hotel booking app NightStay Travels for reportedly ₹130 crore in a cash and equity deal. The entire team of NightStay is said to join Paytm. Founded by Deepak Negi and IIM Calcutta alumnus Nasr Khan, the app offers hotel bookings under three categories - boutique, business and luxury class.
