Paytm Founder floats 2 new entities for personal investments: Report

Paytm Founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, alongside his wife Mridula Parashar, has incorporated two entities to make his personal investments coherent, Entrackr reported citing filings. The investment firms, VSS Investco and VSS Holdings, have Sharma and Parashar as their only directors. So far, Sharma has reportedly poured ₹8.5 crore in VSS Investco while VSS Holdings received an infusion of ₹54 lakh.
