Paytm Payments Bank appoints Surinder Chawla as MD and CEO

Paytm Payments Bank Limited (PPBL) announced that it appointed Surinder Chawla as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer after getting approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Chawla will take charge of Paytm Payments Bank for a tenure of three years. Chawla previously worked at RBL Bank, where he served as Head - Branch Banking.
