Paytm to consider its first-ever bonus share issue on July 20

Paytm's board will consider a proposal to issue bonus shares at its meeting on July 20. The proposal is yet to be approved and will require the necessary clearances. If approved, it would be the company's first-ever bonus issue. Paytm has not carried out a stock split since its November 2021 listing.
