PayU planning IPO in India in 2024 at $6-6.5 bn valuation: Report

PayU is looking to list in India sometime next year at a valuation of $6-6.5 billion and is expected to come out with its IPO prospectus by 2023-end or early 2024, Moneycontrol reported. PayU had appointed Nykaa ex-CFO Arvind Agarwal as its CFO in 2022 to prepare itself for its IPO journey, a senior PayU executive said requesting anonymity.
