PCB is circus filled with jokers: Ex-Pak cricketer Yasir Arafat

Former Pakistan all-rounder Yasir Arafat has said that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is a circus filled with jokers. He pointed out that ahead of the Test series against England, the PCB has introduced a one-day league, Champions One-Day Cup, adding it "isn't understandable". "You have Tests against England coming up, and you are bringing players for ODIs," Arafat added.
