PCMC to not increase property tax rates in 2022-23

The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has decided not to increase property tax rates in the 2022-23 financial year. There has been no hike in the tax rate for the last two years. The municipal elections are likely to take place in February. The proposal has been presented to the standing committee.
