Peace along border is pre-requisite for normal ties: Jaishankar tells Chinese minister

EAM S Jaishankar held talks with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on the sidelines of the East Asia Summit and the ASEAN Regional Forum. Jaishankar said peace and tranquillity along the India-China border remain the "pre-requisite" for normal bilateral ties. He also raised issues like fair market access, India's widening trade deficit with China and concerns over supply-chain predictability.
