Pentagon sets strict grooming standards for troops attending Hegseth's speech

Pentagon has set strict rules for troops attending an upcoming address by US War Secretary Pete Hegseth, WSJ reported. Commanders are instructed to nominate members who meet required waist-to-height ratio, pass fitness tests, demonstrate "leadership quality and character", and maintain "impeccable" grooming and uniform standards. They can be asked to participate in a training session with Hegseth.
