People across UK clap to thank healthcare workers, video surfaces

People across UK joined in a mass round of applause on Thursday to thank healthcare workers for their service amid the coronavirus crisis. The Clap For Carers campaign was started because "during these unprecedented times (healthcare workers) need to know we're grateful", its organisers said. Several buildings were lit up in blue as a salute to the National Health Service.
