Zoho CEO Sridhar Vembu said loneliness from migration to big cities, long commutes and stressful work conditions in India are "throwing people into a big pressure cooker". "Tragically, some people break and others are broken," he stated. He further said that companies pushing workers "very hard" will not be able to sustain their pace.
