People burn effigy based on theme of coronavirus for Holika Dahan in Mumbai

An effigy, based on the theme of 'coronavirus', was burned for Holika Dahan in Mumbai on Monday. Locals burnt the 'Coronasur' effigy to "get rid" of the coronavirus. The Holika Dahan ritual takes on the eve of the Holi festival. Nine new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in India on Tuesday, taking the total to 56.
