People call me delusional, I should get more of it: Sam Altman

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said on the podcast that people still tell him he is delusional, adding, "I should probably get more of that." He said many people in roles like his "get surrounded by too many yes-men". Having old friends and colleagues of 10-plus years around and rewarding people for pushing back helps, he said.
