People can hear their blood moving through veins, eyes blinking at quietest place on Earth

The Guinness World Record for the quietest place on Earth is held by the anechoic test chamber at Orfield Laboratories in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. The ambient sound level inside the room was measured at -24.9 decibels. Visitors to the room, have reported being able to hear blood moving through their veins and hearing their eyelids closing as they blink.
