Pictures of people coming outdoors to jog and exercise in Maharashtra's Nagpur amid complete lockdown in the city have surfaced online. The authorities had announced a complete lockdown in Nagpur City Police Commissionerate area from March 15 to 21 in the wake of rising COVID-19 cases. Nagpur Guardian Minister Nitin Raut had said that the essential services will continue.
