People discouraged me from signing Akshaye for 'Doli..', called him moody: Priyadarshan

Filmmaker Priyadarshan revealed that everyone discouraged him from signing actor Akshaye Khanna for the 'Doli Saja Ke Rakhna' film, adding, "They said he's difficult and moody." "But I fell in love with him...I never found him difficult. If I called him at 5 am, he would be there on time. He is a darling...[and]...is least bothered by criticism," Priyadarshan stated.
