People enter 45-ft deep wells using ropes for water amid scarcity in Guj

Amid severe water shortage in Gujarat's Valsad, people are forced to step down into 45-foot deep wells with the help of ropes to get water. "The water in our well has dried up...I have to use a ladder to go down," said a local. "Climbing down the well and extracting water from the bottom is very risky," he added.
