People from small towns, their stories make a difference: Aanand L Rai

Aanand L Rai, who has directed films including 'Tanu Weds Manu', 'Raanjhanaa' and 'Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan', said that he finds "small towns very progressive". "Since I come from that world, I know it's the people and their stories there which make a difference," Rai said. "As a filmmaker, I understand that space very well," he further said.
