The judge jokingly called Johnny Depp's attorney a "snarky guy" as the whole courtroom burst into laughter. The moment came at the end of hearing an emergency motion to intervene filed by TMZ. Depp's lawyer previously said TMZ wasn't comparable to major news outlets and noted he wasn't trying to be "snarky", following which the judge said, "You're just...a...snarky guy."
