People in which states have the highest & the lowest monthly expenditure?

Based on consumption expenditure data of major states and UTs released by the government, people in Kerala have highest average monthly per capita consumption expenditure (MPCE) of ₹5,924 among rural areas. In urban areas, Telangana has highest MPCE at ₹8,158, followed by Haryana (₹7,911) and Karnataka (₹7,666). Chhattisgarh has the lowest MPCE in both rural (₹2,466) and urban (₹4,483) areas.
