People offer namaz under decorative dome at UP railways station; structure removed overnight

A decorative green dome installed at Pipraich railway station in UP's Gorakhpur triggered a controversy after some people began offering namaz beneath it, reports said. Following a complaint, the railway authorities removed the dome late at night and placed it on the roof to one side. Officials have reportedly said a dome in a different colour will now be installed.
