People languishing in jail, Giribala Singh got bail within 24 hrs: MP govt

During the court hearing on pleas challenging anticipatory bail to Twisha Sharma's mother-in-law, Giribala Singh, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who was representing the MP government, questioned the bail granted in a "hurried manner". "Somebody has lost a life...Within 24 hours, bail is granted...In a situation where people are languishing in jail, she got relief within 24 hours," he said.
