People run as under-construction building collapses in UP, video surfaces

Visuals showing people running as an under-construction building collapsed in Arya Nagar in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow on Wednesday have surfaced online. ADCP (Central) Manisha Singh said that the administration reached the spot immediately and evacuated the people inside the building after receiving information that it had developed a crack. No casualties have been reported, she added.
