People scream, run away from Bihar bridge as Kosi river overflows

A video showing people screaming while running on an overcrowded bridge in Bihar has surfaced online. The video showed security personnel helping people get off the bridge over the Kosi river which is flowing above the danger mark. Over 16 lakh people have been affected after the Kosi and Bagmati rivers flooded several parts of the state.
