People wearing masks came from outside & it turned violent: LPU students on unrest

Students of Punjab's Lovely Professional University (LPU) said the situation was normal in the institute when university students were protesting but it turned violent after people wearing masks came from outside. "There was so much violence at night," a student said. Notably, protests broke out over unverified claims that a student was raped on campus and subsequently died by suicide.
