People who break garbage rules to be shamed in Japan's Fukushima

Japan's Fukushima has passed new regulations to publicly name and shame people and businesses, who break garbage rules. Under new rules to be implemented starting March 2025, those who don't sort their garbage bags correctly will first receive a verbal warning followed by a written advisory. Persistent offenders will have their names published on the government website.
