Pepperfry appoints 2 independent directors to its board

Pepperfry has appointed two independent directors to its board of directors, following which the board will comprise of three executive directors and four non-executive directors, the company said. The independent directors are Sanjay Baweja, OnMobile Global Limited Managing Director and CEO and Malini Parmar, Stonesup.in Co-founder. Pepperfry claims to have raised $240 million to date.
