Performance applies even to Founders: Sachin Bansal

Reacting to a recent top level shuffle at Flipkart by CEO Binny Bansal, the company's Co-founder and Chairman Sachin Bansal said, "We believe that in a merit-based organisation, performance applies to everyone including the Founders.” Sachin Bansal had earlier said that he was removed from the CEO position over "performance issues and missed targets."
