Permira appoints ex-Warburg exec Siddharth Narayan as India head

UK-based global private equity firm Permira has appointed Siddharth Narayan as its India head, based in Mumbai. Prior to joining Permira, Narayan worked at American PE firm Warburg Pincus. He had also been associated with Lightspeed Venture Partners and McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
