Pernod Ricard rules out India listing even as India sales jump 4%

Pernod Ricard, the parent company of Jameson and Absolut, ruled out an IPO in India, even as sales in the country jumped 4% in July-December 2026. Executive VP (Finance) Helene de Tissot said reducing the company's net debt-to-EBITDA ratio doesn't automatically include a plan to list in India. The company said its India business remains above the 6% growth range.
