Persistent Systems to acquire Germany-based Nagarro for ₹12,000 cr

Pune-based Persistent Systems announced that it will acquire Germany-based IT firm Nagarro for roughly $1.3 billion (over ₹12,000 crore). Persistent Systems will pay €81 per share to acquire Nagarro and expects one-fifth of its business to come from Europe post acquisition. After the deal, expected to close by March 2027, the combined entity will then operate as the Persistent-Nagarro Group.
