Person detained over 9-yr-old's rape-murder in WB, police say 'confessed to killing her'

West Bengal Police on Sunday said they have detained a person in the alleged rape-murder of a nine-year-old girl in South 24 Parganas. Police said the person has confessed to killing her. The girl's aunt accused the police of neglecting the matter. Meanwhile, police said the locals were angry after the body was found but the situation has been controlled.
