Pests, fungus-infested food found at Radisson Blu Hotel in Delhi; FSSAI releases list of issues

The FSSAI has taken action against five-star hotel Radisson Blu in Delhi after inspections revealed several violations, including pest issues like cockroaches and flies infestation. The other violations included inadequate sanitation, improper food handling, fungus-infested vegetables and fruits, repeated use of cooking oil, inadequate refrigeration, stagnant water and drainage problem.
