Pet Fed Delhi 2016 to attempt Guinness World Record for dogs

India's biggest pet festival 'Pet Fed', to be held on December 17-18 in Delhi, will attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the most number of dogs wearing bandanas. Over 3,000 pets are expected to attend the festival, which is celebrating its third annual event. The highlights include a pet fashion show, special art gallery and a doggy cafe.
