Petrol, diesel available at just 28% of Russian fuel stations: Report

Russia’s fuel crisis is reportedly deepening, with petrol and diesel available at only 28.1% of filling stations nationwide as of August 16, down from 41% a week earlier. A major reason for the crisis is that Ukrainian forces have repeatedly targeted Russian oil installations. By early July, every major refinery in Russia had reportedly been struck at least once.
