Petrol and diesel prices remained unchanged across major Indian cities on September 23, following the daily revision by state-run oil marketing companies. Brent crude was trading at $99.20 a barrel, down 0.05%. In New Delhi, petrol costs ₹102.12 per litre and diesel ₹95.20 per litre. City-wise rates may vary due to state taxes, VAT and local levies.
