Petrol, diesel rates remain unchanged as on Sept 28

Petrol and diesel prices remained unchanged across major Indian cities on September 28 despite rising global crude oil prices. State-run oil companies maintained rates after the daily 6 am revision. Global oil prices rose amid Middle East tensions, while domestic fuel prices continue to vary based on taxes, crude costs, currency movements and other factors.
